15 Minute Hip Opening Yoga Practice with a Bench

This is a 15 minute hip opening yoga practice with a Bhoga bench. Hip opening is excellent for relieving tension, and may actually improve back pain and posture issues. The use of the bench is especially helpful for people with limited flexibility and who are relatively new to yoga. You’ll see poses like downward facing dog, pigeon pose, and more in this sequence to help loosen tight muscles and improve flexibility. Hope you enjoy!
