Quick fix you Vinyasa yoga flow.
Sometimes you only have 15 minutes, but still want to get your proper yoga fix. Well you are in luck!
This quick video provides a well balanced sequence without rushing through the poses.
We start off getting centered. An invitation to watch the breath and be present. Then we warm up quickly with the sun salutations. After we’ve built some heat to help keep the body safe when stretching, then we hold some really nice stretches and standing poses.
I even managed to fit in for core and balance exercises, so your abs will be feeling it at the end.
