Hey everyone! This is for my people looking to switch it up! Today’s yoga video is a creatively sequenced, no-mat yoga class. It builds strength and endurance, and tests balance as well. We’ll play with “rolling” the spine from downward dog to plank, as well as side planks and baby grasshopper for core strength. Hope you love it!
