Don’t let the short time fool you – this hiit workout is no joke. You just need your body for this – no equipment needed!
We’re doing three rounds of three movements – ten reps each. We’ll start with jumping lunges. Then, we’ll move directly into jumping squats – take your feet a little wider than your hips, toes pointed slightly out away from you, and lead with your butt as you squat down and explode up in a jump. Lastly, the third movement will be hollow rocks. Bring your arms in line with your ears, legs raised and extended, and you’ll rock using your core strength.
