This is a gentle warm up for the entire body. It’s suitable for all levels of yogis and aims to warm up the side body, hips, legs, and chest. Ideal for the beginning of the day or pre/post workout. As always, remember to breathe fully and deeply, and move with intention. Stay mindful and honor how you feel. Always move within a pain-free range.
