I’ve been on the GST Program for about 6 weeks now, and have seen pretty good results. My hips are definitely way more mobile than they ever have been and my core strength has increases significantly as well. The movements are a lot more challenging that I had originally thought they would be! Definitely loving how I’m feeling with the program and look forward to progressing through it further.

Hey guys, my name is Justin Czaplicki and I am the Head Strength and Conditioning coach for Soul Fighters Academy and the Jiu-jitsu and Strength Academy located in Cromwell, CT. I have been training for and competing in Strongman since 2006.
In the last few months I have been trying out a few different training protocols that I have never tried before. I realized I had gotten quite out of shape and very stiff for the years of Strongman training.
Follow me on my journey to being a better athlete, by trying new training methodologies and also new sports. I have just started training Jiu-jitsu this year, and I am looking forward to progressing in that arena as well.
