PUNISHER vs. HULK Back Workout — Get A Massive Back Like The Hulk

Hey guys what’s up, Jonny here with the Punisher, aka Chad and today we are going to take you through our personal, full length back day workout.

I hope you guys enjoyed seeing me embody the Hulk in our super hero Civil War parody! If you haven’t seen it yet, be sure you check that out before you hit this workout with us – Trust me, you won’t want to miss it

Workout Breakdown:
3 sets of bent over barbell rows (10 to 12 reps)
3 sets of pull-ups (10 to 12 reps)
3 sets of close grip pull downs (10 to 12 reps)
3 sets of incline dumbbell rows (10 to 12 reps)

5:48 – Bent over barbell rows: Make sure you aren’t swinging the weights around or slamming them during the movement. This is a great lat developing movement if you perform the reps with a slow, elongating motion, just as we are demonstrating here.

15:40 – Pull-ups: This is the ultimate back training movement and it’s so often overlooked. But stretching your lats at the bottom of the movement and squeezing at the top will definitely help to give your physique that V-tapered “super hero” look.

23:26 – Close grip pull downs: This move will chisel out the middle of your back, big time. But again, you want to make sure you are choosing a weight that you can comfortably pull through a full range of motion – If you can’t hold the weight at the bottom position steady, than you’re not in control – lower the weights!

31:36 – Incline bench rows: These are tough but they are incredible for developing a thick, strong back. The slower you perform each rep, the better.
