I am obsessed with gorgeous smoothies, so today I am going to show you how to make “smoothie art”! Using kiwis, bananas, chia seeds, and berries, we’re making a tropical masterpiece! If you’ve ever wondered how to get fruits to stick to the side of a mason jar, this is your go-to tutorial!
Tropical Smoothie Recipe:
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1/3 cup almond milk
Pinch of stevia or honey
1 small banana, sliced 1/8″ thick
1 kiwi, peeled and sliced very thin
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1/3 cup coconut water
